The band and I had a great time putting on our show in honor of National Jazz Appreciation Month just this spring!  We had a lovely turnout and a most appreciative audience.

During the show, I performed jazzy standards like “Charleston,” “All of Me," “I Got Rhythm,” “Summertime,” and much more.  This year's lineup featured Alton Skinner on Sax, Catherine on drums, Junior on bass, my hubby, Gino, on percussion, and yours truly on piano, vocals, guitar, and banjolele.

Rotating between all of these instruments for this carefully crafted set, it felt like my most entertaining show yet, and I find myself grateful for new heights in jazz-making on stage.  Many thanks to the Springfield City Library for having us back, as I have had the good pleasure of doing several concerts for them.  

Can't wait to perform again soon.
