My song story for “Dot to Dot” is an ever so slightly embarrassing one.  

When I was a single girl not too long out of college, I had a secret crush on a coworker who was about to leave the company where we worked.  It happened that he used to sit right next to me at work.  

Brooding over his impending departure, I found myself at my desk gloomy and doodling at work, and then I began drawing dot to dots on paper and they led to shapes and memories and that all led to this song.  

This song is about a kind of “collapse” of memories of loves past and hope for a future love.  You can listen to it on Spotify here or on Youtube here.
