My YouTube channel, The Red Rose Listening Room, started out as a channel for brides, engaged couples, and wedding planners to check out samples of the scope of my musical work.  

Videos on this channel had been, at first, on my official artist page and on other channels, but to better serve couples, they were merged and moved to this new channel, The Red Rose Listening Room. This migration project was a true labor of love!

In the course of its evolution over the past few years, this channel has attracted music lovers and fellow musicians who simply wish to experience music I make beyond my original music.

Now, as my wedding business, Marcheselli Wedding Music, celebrates its 7th anniversary serving couples with wedding music, I am excited to reach this milestone and, many videos later, continue adding content to my channel for brides, couples, and wedding planners.

What I love about this channel is that it's built from the bottom up with a lot of TLC, and that my channel celebrates the theme of love, which offers me endless inspiration.  The piano, furthermore, throughout its 88-key range, was built to play this kind of lyrical and emotional music.  As Shakespeare wrote in Twelfth Night, “Mark the music." Creating this channel has shed light on a theme I enjoy and am ready to build on, especially when I accommodate a bride's new request for a certain kind of music for her wedding ceremony.

For example, recently, a bride asked me to play Liszt's “Liebestraum" as entrance music for the wedding procession of her bridesmaids and groomsmen.  So I learned to play this monumental piece from scratch to make it work as entrance music with only two weeks' notice.  In general, moments like these are rather the exception, not the norm.  However, the bride later told me it moved her to tears to hear me play this piece at her own wedding, and that she was so happy to hear it played.

Knowing that it moved her heart so much to hear me play this amazing piece is the greatest compliment I could ever hope to achieve as a musician who provides music for weddings.
