When sometimes I am not making headway in an area of my life that I would like to change or to level up (say I need to practice for an upcoming concert or cut out a certain food from my diet that isn’t doing me favors), I take on the 66 day challenge.
I first heard about this challenge from a fellow musician, and I love doing it regularly as needed. To use it, I have printed and laminated the 66 day chart, put it in a visible place, and have re-used it for any area of my life in which I dare myself to make real changes for 66 days.
Typically, the changes stick!
